Three ways we may help.
Still-Water Sitting
A first sitting in which you describe the family situation and receive a measured initial view. A short written summary follows. Family members may attend.
Patient Course in Divorce Matters
Full representation in divorce proceedings, conducted at a measured pace. Quiet outcomes are preferred where they remain open to the parties.
Considered Mediation
Mediation in custody and maintenance disputes, conducted with restraint and at the family's own pace. Children's welfare guides the process throughout.

Common Questions
Questions families often ask.
You describe your family situation in your own words and at your own pace. We listen carefully and offer an initial assessment of the relevant legal considerations. A short written summary follows within a few working days. You are under no obligation to instruct us further.
The timeline varies considerably depending on whether matters are contested and whether children are involved. Uncontested divorces in Singapore may conclude within six months; contested proceedings can take considerably longer. We will give you a considered assessment after the first sitting.
Mediation works best when both parties enter with some willingness to find common ground. Where one party declines, we can advise on other pathways — including court-directed mediation processes. We will discuss what is realistic based on your situation.
Our service fees are outlined on the Solutions page. For ongoing representation, we discuss scope and anticipated costs openly before any commitment is made. There are no hidden charges; if circumstances change in a way that affects costs, we tell you promptly.
